“this was the best and fastest urgent care visit. I was in and out in 45 minutes. and most of that time was doing new patient paperwork since it was my first visit. I didn’t have to wait to be seen at all. as soon as the registration was done, they had me in a room. the nurse practitioner jasmine was great, respectful, and thorough with my care. even took the time to explain to my significant other on how to help me treat my laceration at home. this was my first time at this location, and I highly recommend them over any of the other urgent cares in the area. the building was clean and I felt like my care was handled well. all the staff was polite and respectful. I am often hesitant to going to urgent cares due to the fact that staff is usually disrespectful/rude, and it almost always takes hours to be seen. and I have had bad experiences at two different locations in my area. I didn’t have any of those issues at this location!”
