Infusion Associates provides a comfortable and convenient environment for patients to receive IV therapies 365 days a year. The facility is clean, spacious, and easily accessible, with private rooms available upon request. The staff is friendly, compassionate, efficient, and professional, making patients feel welcome and cared for. With convenient parking, barrier-free access, and wireless internet, patients can feel at ease during their treatment. The staff's high level of training and knowledge ensures that patients receive top-notch care, making Infusion Associates a highly recommended facility for anyone in need of infusion services.
As of this moment, I have to give a poor grade to Infusion Associates. The med I get infused every four weeks was not delivered to the facility in time for me to stay on my every four weeks schedule. They should've had the med there in time to keep me on schedule(my opinion), but from my perspective as the patient, they dropped the ball. Since this is a treatment that's being transferred from the Cleveland Clinic to Infusion Associates, I'm hopeful that this will be a one-time glitch and not something I will have to deal with on a continuing basis. It's a pleasure to come here once a month even when I'm not feeling good, I leave the clinic feeling better. The new girl that gave me a shot today did great!!all the girls that are working here today are friendly.even the guy Eric was very friendly!
Staff is amazing here. The Michigan ladies are phenomenal!! They make you feel like you're family. Very attentive; I feel like I'm at a 5 star resort with the best room service ever.
