He also checked the central air unit to include checking the temperature coming out of the ductwork on a day that was 90+ degrees. Does great work, at a moments notice and extremely reasonable. Thanks again for finishing the work that our unenthusiastic house inspector didn’t want to do. Great place, with great staff(Haley).“

Got a reference from a friend and put in a call to Mr. Eric. Called me back and got us in with one of the techs that day better yet 1st thing in the morning.
