Macklin Heating and Cooling serviced my mother-in-law's home when her air conditioning went out on a 97-degree day. The representatives were very communicative, super polite, and incredibly efficient. They absolutely saved the day, and we would highly recommend them to anyone in the Swartz Creek area.
If you're looking for people who know dogs, Canine Co-Pilots is definitely the route to take. I've spent about 5 years training with Jeff and Anna in Schutzhund. When I first found them I was inexperienced, anxious, and had a mean and reactive german shepherd at the end of my leash. They've helped teach me skills that have transformed my dog to be more confident and stable when we're out. A dog I'm happy and confident walking out in public with because I know he's bombproof. Their team has not only shaped me up to be more confident in my handling abilities, but in myself too. Not even to mention the absolutely amazing obedience foundations and technical skills Jeff taught my new shepherd!
Even though I primarily train with them for schutzhund, they're still more than happy to listen and offer any advice for things I experience away from club. The explanations are always clear, and they're so kind about answering any follow-up questions thoroughly. You can really see their passion in the work they do, and the way they continue to grow as trainers. I will always have so much appreciation for everything they've taught me.

I went to Swartz Creek Vision Center for the first time today and had an amazing appointment with Dr. Edmonds and Hailey who helped me find the perfect glasses for me! Dr. Edmond was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Hailey was an absolute blast and so, so helpful figuring out my options with me. Overall amazing staff and atmosphere! So so happy to go back for my yearly check-up!

I will never take having air forgranted! Our AC went out and we had no clue what was wrong. We did all we could on our end to troubleshoot what was wrong. We decided to call in the pros. Got a reference from a friend and put in a call to Mr. Eric. Called me back and got us in with one of the techs that day better yet 1st thing in the morning. Mr. Steve came out and got us up and running again. We will definitely use these guys again for any issues. Super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thanks again guys!!
My entire family has been going to Dr. Melinda for years, to help with various ailments. We realized she was a miracle worker when she healed the pain in my husbands foot that his podiatrist could not. Seriously, after just 1 adjustment the pain was gone and he was walking normally again. Also, regular adjustments with Dr. Melinda have diminished my migraines, helped my son with various sports injuries and have reduced my daughters pain associated with scoliosis.

Steve and his crew did a great job on our new deck! It was more than we thought it would be, but not because of this company. We had other people tell us it was cheaper, but they never looked into how dangerous the old frame was. Steve did, and I'm glad he did. It was bad! and nobody else caught that. I know he wasn't screwing me because i was there to watch the beams break by hand when he exposed them. It was done quickly, clean, professionally, and most importantly, correctly! I definitely recommend these guys!

After the sale of my cottage it was found that I had several inspection issues that I wasn't expecting. Brentwood/Mark agreed to help quickly as I was on a tight timeframe to get to closing. The appropriate resources were pulled to my project and sagging/cracked beams were removed and foundation pads and structure supports improved and added. Brentwood also completed wiring corrections, plumbing corrections and roofing. I can't thank Mark enough for the expert work and especially confined space work in our crawl space during the winter. Detailed quotation, fair price, clear definition of the work to be completed, adherence to a tight timeline and expert quality work. 5 stars aren't enough. 10 stars for Brentwood Construction.

Had my hair cut and dyed twice now by Porter and it has been a fantastic experience. Showed her a couple of reference pics and she knew exactly what to do. Salon was clean and everyone is kind, plus they have a cute Axolotol you can watch swim around while you get your hair or nails done! Would highly recommend!

We switched from another local service provider and were pleasantly surprised at the level of service provided. They are quick to respond, and the prices seem fair with no "do over" visits needed :) My only criticism would be the time needed to provide estimates for new work.

Long post but this was such a great experience! Fantastic haircut for my five year old son! For kids getting a haircut they have booster seats, cute kid capes and suckers. For kids that are waiting they had fun toys, books and even Legos! There’s also a cute coffee station. It’s definitely the little touches and the little conversations that made my son comfortable but they also gave him an incredible haircut. They left his curls longer on top like I asked, (sometimes people chop them off) and cut his hair shorter on the sides with a great fade. They also gave him clean lines around the ears and neck. So pleased!!Definitely worth twice what than I paid!
Great down to earth people! New AC unit arrived with a factory issue. Rob camped out with the unit long after dark to zero in on the problem. Had us up and running and needing a sweater in no time.

Over the years Ken Plumbing has helped us multiple times. He came quickly and got the job done quite well. Years ago he helped us get a discount on our water heater and when our house was struck by lightning he rushed over after-hours and instead of trying to replace it he repaired it. 3 years later it's still working great. I always trusted Ken when he gave me advice on what to do. We thought he charged us a fair price on repairs. So if you're looking for a plumbing company I highly recommend them.
