“I hired Mark Sayre in the summer of 2023 to build me a house, and I definitely made the right choice. The time from breaking ground to completion was around 6 months for this beautiful 1500 sq ft home, and living here since spring of this year has been a blast. Marks crew was very professional and worked fast with high-quality results. I will advise anyone looking to build to keep tabs on the project to avoid any miscommunication on the layout, etc. At one point, 2 windows were framed in a spot I did not want them, and since I caught it in time, they were able to easily move them without any issue. Mark was very reasonable and kept me in the loop on most things and has been honoring his warranty exceptionally well after I had an issue with my garage door and some siding coming off. All in all, I again would advise there is no such thing as too much communication, if you have a vision of what you want be sure to explain it and Mark and his guys will get it done. Other than that, I couldn't be happier here, and I would absolutely recommend Sayre builders to handle building your house, pole barn, remodel, or whatever you're planning.“
