“Kyle and his crew were great to work with for my porch project. He understood my vision and helped give guidance in the overall aesthetics for the porch. I love how it turned out. His crew will be back in the spring to finish up another project. I will definitely reach out to Kyle for bids on other projects that I need done.”
“After our home was lost in a devastating fire in January 2025, we didn’t know where to begin. It was the most devastating time of our lives, but Todd Rutledge and Legendary Homes quickly became a source of hope, guidance, and support for our family.
From our very first meeting, Todd showed not only professionalism, but also genuine compassion for what we were going through. He listened carefully to our needs, answered every question with patience, and helped us see that rebuilding was possible. Throughout the process, he was always transparent, responsive, and proactive—making sure we felt informed and confident in each decision along the way.
The team at Legendary Homes treated our project as if it were their own, paying attention to every detail and ensuring that the finished product was not only structurally sound and beautifully designed, but also a true reflection of us. Todd’s dedication went far beyond just building a house; he cared about restoring our sense of home, safety, and stability after such a loss.
Walking into our new home for the first time was an emotional experience—one we’ll never forget. What could have been a long and overwhelming journey turned into one of healing and hope, thanks to Todd and his incredible team.
We are endlessly grateful for Todd Rutledge and Legendary Homes. They didn’t just rebuild our home—they helped rebuild our lives. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone, but especially to those who want to work with a builder who truly cares about people.”
“I hired Mark Sayre in the summer of 2023 to build me a house, and I definitely made the right choice. The time from breaking ground to completion was around 6 months for this beautiful 1500 sq ft home, and living here since spring of this year has been a blast. Marks crew was very professional and worked fast with high-quality results. I will advise anyone looking to build to keep tabs on the project to avoid any miscommunication on the layout, etc. At one point, 2 windows were framed in a spot I did not want them, and since I caught it in time, they were able to easily move them without any issue. Mark was very reasonable and kept me in the loop on most things and has been honoring his warranty exceptionally well after I had an issue with my garage door and some siding coming off. All in all, I again would advise there is no such thing as too much communication, if you have a vision of what you want be sure to explain it and Mark and his guys will get it done. Other than that, I couldn't be happier here, and I would absolutely recommend Sayre builders to handle building your house, pole barn, remodel, or whatever you're planning.”
