“I joined this facility almost a year ago now - I was looking for a gym with a diverse selection of equipment, they have many great options for every muscle group, both free weights and machines. My personal favorites are the hack squat and v squat! There’s a women only section for those that would feel more comfortable in a private environment. The staff and trainers are all very welcoming and happy to answer any questions you may have. I look forward to all of my workouts here :)“
