I have to say...Missy at ProStyles absolutely saved my "life"I had box colored my hair with the most awful result. I have medium brown hair and wanted to get rid of the gray so I used a dark blond and it completely turned out the darkest brown with a brassy finish. Missy used a couple different colors to highlight it trying to save it for me and completely turned something awful into something very beautiful!!Thank you So much to Missy, I highly recommend this shop.

I've never done hair services here, but I enjoy using their tanning beds. They have a couple packages to choose from and 3 beds, so I rarely have to wait. The staff are all friendly and helpful!

Our old geothermal unit broke down last December and Bill came out to give us a quote and then as soon as our new unit came in he installed it (the week before Christmas). Not only did we have heat for the holidays, we were able to get the 2019, 30% heating credit for geothermal. That credit was decreasing on January 1st. West MI also made sure we got our rebate from Consumers. I forgot to post this last winter, but as the weather turns cold, I remembered that I wanted to highly recommend West MI Geothermal. Doc Freeland is amazing! He did more for me in a few visits than a couple month's worth of physical therapy after I injured my lower back moving heavy objects at work. He is quick, efficient, and has the philosophy of wanting to get your body to heal itself rather than having to rely on treatment forever.

This place is great for generic cuts and last minute needs. Often understaffed, and the last time I was there the bathroom was out of order.
First I'll say - You get what you pay for..... I thought I'd save some money going to a "big box store" I couldn't have been more wrong!After 3 months of going back and forth and not really being able to see very well, I went back to Dr Pfeffer - Everyone was nice and not once did I hear "told you so", which I'd been telling myself for months.** moral of the story - don't skimp on your eyes go to a REAL Dr - Thanks Dr Pfeffer & staff
Much better topsoil than the last place I went to. A good more expensive but worth it. Their load looked better, too, much more like a full yard. The last place was 1/2 the price but it was junk and I think I only got about 3/4 of a yard.
