Mary and Mixhelle are not only amazing gym man Breaks they're both incredible people they always greet me with a smile and a bit of positivity whenever I get to the gym! This is easily the best gym I've been to.

Great family like environment. Whenever I fail a set on bench, there is always someone there ready to help me. With a bunch of great people that create an environment to push myself to my limits I don’t see why this family fitness doesn’t deserve 5 stars.

I love this gym! The people are so friendly and so kind. I love how well they keep the place clean. Out of all the staff, Michelle, stuck out the most with her welcoming and caring personality. Needless to say, I’m coming back. Great job guys keep up the good work!
