“I've been very pleased with the services provided for snow removal.
Their prices are competitive, and there is great communication by the owner re snowfalls, ice, weather forecasts, and the game plan on how they will handle it.
Weather in MI is unpredictable, as we all know, but I've experienced nothing but a best effort put forth by them. I switched to another company one year out of the last 5+ years and had a horrible experience with the other west side GR company. I'm very glad I switched back to Rose 2 years ago.
The crew does a very good job on the removal, considering the times I've left my vehicle right in the way of the 3 stall wide driveway. They plow around the vehicle to the best of their ability. Today (Tues/21st) I was gone, and when I returned, the driveway was exceptionally cleared off.
