I had some technical questions about my WF geothermal system, and Bill answered them all, and gave me useful advice about a replacement system, and getting a better, but reasonable cost thermostat.

Our old geothermal unit broke down last December and Bill came out to give us a quote and then as soon as our new unit came in he installed it (the week before Christmas). Not only did we have heat for the holidays, we were able to get the 2019, 30% heating credit for geothermal. That credit was decreasing on January 1st. West MI also made sure we got our rebate from Consumers. I forgot to post this last winter, but as the weather turns cold, I remembered that I wanted to highly recommend West MI Geothermal. Some of the best customer service left around. I feel like they really care about my problem. They answer when I call and I get an appointment right away for service. Even though most of the time something goes wrong it's not the labor or their unit. But they fix it. I'd recommend them.
