Sun’s quote was a little more than the other bids I got, but as the adage says: you get what you pay for. None of the other companies came close to giving me the confidence that Sun gave me. None of the others included the product quality that Sun planned (siding thickness, for example). The choice was easy.

The installation crews were efficient, personable and always ready to answer questions / explain what they were doing. They made me aware of damage they found under my old siding and in the framing for one of my windows (expected) and made sure it was repaired. The siding lead, Brian, even alerted me to sketchy electrical connections for my exterior garage lights, clearly a DIY job by the prior owner using speaker wire. It would have been easy to skip right over that and just finish the job (I’d be none the wiser), but he made sure I knew about it and helped me get them done correctly.

Sun did an excellent job all around and the place looks wonderful. When it’s time for a new roof, I know who I will be calling.“
