It was a very small job but Mark explained what caused the bottom part of sliding to fall and how it should have been done in the first place by a different contractor who put the original siding. Planning to fix it permanently in summer and will go with McCarter.

I've used John McCarter Construction on several outdoor projects including siding, wood and roof repairs and they always do a great job. The latest project invovled a sofit and associated wood trim repair on a very high roofline. The work was completed in a professional manner at a fair price, including answering my questions and checking the surrounding wood for any issues. They have an excellent communication process that covers each step of the repair from estimating and scheduling to soliciting customer feedback.
