He took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns and made sure the roof was completed exactly to our specifications. We never felt pressured into anything, and there were no surprise fees or hidden charges. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they even helped us choose the perfect shingle color for our home.
Our roof is extremely steep, but the crew handled it safely and efficiently and completed the entire job within just a few days. They worked incredibly hard—often 12-hour days—and their attention to detail really showed. They added additional ventilation, installed a heating coil to help address our ice issues, and even went above and beyond by helping us replace some rotted siding they discovered.
We were also very impressed with how well they treated our property. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly when they finished, and there was no damage or broken property left behind.
