Not only did they do a beautiful job cleaning a wedding dress, but they offered free delivery even though I was out of the delivery area because I couldn’t get in there to pick it up during their regular hours. I would highly recommend and use them again anytime. They offer a locker pick up for convenience during off hours, but the dress was too large for the locker. I was thrilled to have it delivered.“

Whenever you do as much work for as many people as they do you will from time to time have issues. It's simply the Law of Averages. Mistakes happen. It's what you do after the mistakes that count. They stand by their work and make it right. They continue to EARN my continued business. The employees are always cheerful and helpful. They make me feel appreciated and I in turn appreciate them. “Brought in a suit plus my favorite wool hat that was way overdue for a cleaning. The tag said it was dry clean friendly, but I was a bit apprehensive to get it dry cleaned, worried it would be shrunk/ruined. The lady assured me it would be fine so I left it...when I picked it up the hat a week later it was wrinkled and a bit shrunk, I was very bummed and on the fence about going back to complain...worried they'd brush me off. Luckily I decided to take it back and the owner took the hat back w/ no hassle and after a few days was able to get the wrinkles out and stretch it back so it fits. Very pleased with their efforts to make sure I was happy, overall a great experience.“
