I would highly recommend and use them again anytime. They offer a locker pick up for convenience during off hours, but the dress was too large for the locker. I was thrilled to have it delivered.”

Well, my spouse had an unplanned and sudden international work trip come up and we needed his coats asap. We were happy to pick up without being drycleaned, but the highland location went above and beyond to coordinate with their main location for expedited dry cleaning!! I wish I got the name of the lady who helped me on the phone and went above and beyond to coordinate. Her efforts, the Schafer team in other locations, and the driver all saved us from having to buy extra suit coat/jackets for this trip. This was the 2nd time using theor service and I wont be going anywhere else!! Also love the convenience of the 24/7 pickup and dropoff for those of us with crazy work schedules! Great business”

“I am writing this review on behalf of my husband who was unfortunately laid off this past Monday. You can do your best to prepare for these situations, but one of the things we didn't think about was having clean, crisp dress attire on hand and ready for when he would be called for interviews. With that said, we dropped the clothes off with nothing scheduled and expected the clothes to be dry cleaned per the usual 2 day turn around. Then upon returning home my husband had received two opportunities for in person interviews that were to happen on the morning of when the clothes would be done. We placed a phone call to the 5th Avenue team as soon as we heard explaining the situation and requesting support on quicker turn around..... No questions asked the team understood the situation, showed empathy and got the job done to our satisfaction per usual! We will continue going here not just for the job well done, but now because we know this team supports the community and does whats best! Thank you!”
