“Highly highly recommend! Back in August, I had dropped off a few suit jackets to get dry cleaned. Well, my spouse had an unplanned and sudden international work trip come up and we needed his coats asap. We were happy to pick up without being drycleaned, but the highland location went above and beyond to coordinate with their main location for expedited dry cleaning!! I wish I got the name of the lady who helped me on the phone and went above and beyond to coordinate. Her efforts, the Schafer team in other locations, and the driver all saved us from having to buy extra suit coat/jackets for this trip. This was the 2nd time using theor service and I wont be going anywhere else!! Also love the convenience of the 24/7 pickup and dropoff for those of us with crazy work schedules! Great business”

“Full disclosure. I've been a customer for years. In those years I've have rarely had a problem. On the two occasions that I had something that wasn't right they worked quickly to solve the problem. Whenever you do as much work for as many people as they do you will from time to time have issues. It's simply the Law of Averages. Mistakes happen. It's what you do after the mistakes that count. They stand by their work and make it right. They continue to EARN my continued business. The employees are always cheerful and helpful. They make me feel appreciated and I in turn appreciate them. I recommend them to everyone. When I find a place that takes care of me and mine I am loyal. They are MY cleaners for as long as I have clothes to be laundered and dry cleaned.”
