Well, my spouse had an unplanned and sudden international work trip come up and we needed his coats asap. We were happy to pick up without being drycleaned, but the highland location went above and beyond to coordinate with their main location for expedited dry cleaning!! I wish I got the name of the lady who helped me on the phone and went above and beyond to coordinate. Her efforts, the Schafer team in other locations, and the driver all saved us from having to buy extra suit coat/jackets for this trip. Whenever you do as much work for as many people as they do you will from time to time have issues. It's simply the Law of Averages. Mistakes happen. It's what you do after the mistakes that count.
