“I don't even know where to begin to express my gratitude for ALL Valley Home Health and Hospice Care. My father had been estranged from family for years when we discovered how severely his health had declined. We needed "eyes in the home" but had great difficulty finding and keeping an agency in the home where he lived. The only living child, I felt lost as the situation became extremely complicated, legally, financially and medically until All Valley Home Health and Hospice Care became involved. I cannot even begin to describe the comprehensive assistance I received from this team of remarkable individuals who were recommended by my father's provider, Dr. M. Khan and his wonderful nurse, Amanda. Nursing staff communicated with me regularly, alerted me to difficulties with my father's living situation, and expanded support as needed to manage his complicated care and deteriorating health issues. Resistant to assistance, my father came to welcome the assistance he received with activities of daily living. The team assisted not only with medical concerns, but educated me in difficult processes such as adult protective services reports.I cannot even begin to find the words to express my gratitude for Ali, who helped me understand the needed level of care. He took it upon himself to tour and vet agencies for me to find the right placement, and found a way for my father to keep his same team so that the transition would be less difficult. Ali educated me about options, provided regular updates and took the time to check in with me about my own well being or need for help. He phoned or texted me regularly, offering help and guidance throughout this difficult process and was sensitive to the fact that I work a full time job, meeting with me after work to complete paperwork and carefully explain options, as well as plan for next steps. At one point, feeling as if I were reaching a breaking point, I admitted how difficult this journey was becoming for me as I had no family to help. Ali told me "We will be your family, we will help you". I was overwhelmed with gratitude. True to his word, Ali shepherded me through moving my father to various levels of care, myriad hospitalizations, rehab agencies and assisted living. During my father's many and lengthy hospitalizations, members of his team checked in with me and even called him to encourage him and show support. Dr. Khan visited him regularly in the hospital and Amanda became a lifeline for any medical questions or healthcare needs. When my father passed, Dr. Khan's office and Amanda reached out to provide words of comfort and Ali called to express his condolences, and even weeks later, checked on me to see how my family and I were doing. I will never be able to express how thankful I am to Dr. M. Khan and his office staff, especially Amanda, and particularly Ali who, true to his word, supported me like family through the most difficult of situations. All Valley is so much more than an agency, they are a support system for the patient and become like family for those who are facing difficult decisions and situations. I do not know how I could have navigated this overwhelming process without their support and kindness. I am honored to recommend All Valley Home Health and Hospice Care to anyone in need of support for a loved one.Respectfully,Kimberly Sawatzki, LMSW, ACSW, CADC“

“I worked for Compassionate Care as a LPN and also Home Health Assistant and only sought other employment as my patient became terminal. Every Home Care agency has to be licensed, and some licenses are able to serve clients in bigger compacity versus others. First and foremost is safety not only for clients but caregivers as well. If special equipment should by chance be needed in order to adequately care for a client, then family or caseworker is responsible to go through proper channels to obtain and have it available so care can be properly performed by care staff to avoid injury to anyone. I was never treated unfairly while employed there. But did observe other staff treating supervisors with disrespect. If you want resoect then you need to learn how to give it. This company gives second chances in many ways to caregivers. But when employees call off repeatedly, or become no shows on shifts, then they deserve to be terminated. The only person getting hurt by that behavior is the client. Every health care agency, nursing and rehab centers, nursing homes, home care, Assisted Living facilities are to have a "who we serve and who we do not". If the care required is outside of that, then other options must be sought by family/case worker. A client's medical condition and functional capacity is always out front before any concrete arrangements are made. Compassionate Care is a great place. Sad that a few past employees feel otherwise. Perhaps they did not leave employment on good terms.“

“No one want to have to hire home care but if you have to hire a home care company, this is the one you want. They weren't pushy. They brought in what we needed at different times during my Moms illness. We acted as the nurses aides for my Mom. We followed Doctors' orders. We had this company provide Help with wound vac after surgery, physical therapist for rehabilitation exercises, weekly RN evaluations during the last month and days. All their staff were kind, compassionate, and experienced. Nurses were the best!!!Thank you for helping us through a very difficult time and helping my Mom pass with dignity at home with love surrounded by her family! I couldn't have done it with out your help!!“
