“We worked with Visiting Angels for over five years for my mother, following her terrible car accident. Most caregivers during the first 18 to 24 months were kind and mostly very good. When we got a full-time regular caregiver, it was wonderful.
Renee is the absolute best and we love her. My mom loved her and she loved my mom. I greatly appreciate the company’s communication with scheduling needs and modifications for appointments, etc.. Renee was an easy breath of fresh air after our years of caregivers between the 2 agencies we went through.
I really appreciated Suzanne and her kind support with scheduling and communication between the Auto Insurance agency and myself for billing. Mark is extremely lucky to have Renée & Suzanne as dedicated employees. I appreciate Mark too for taking my mom's case in the midst of the No-Fault mess with payment cuts as the new law took effect. (BrightStar dumped our case due to changes in the no fault law without even giving us the option of private paying).
