“Through mid summer to late Fall of 2025 we worked with one of the McLaren Hospice and Palliative Care Teams and they were outstanding.

The team was Jaime (Social Worker), Mindy (Social Worker) Mary Anne (Nurse), Makella (nurse) Adam (Chaplain), and Tanikha (Aide)

Every member of the team was personable, genuine, and deeply compassionate. It was clear from the very beginning that they have a true heart for serving the elderly and supporting families during some of life’s most difficult moments.

They approached every situation with professionalism and attention to detail, and they were always thorough in communication and follow-up. Even when solutions weren’t immediately available, they took the time to problem-solve thoughtfully and find the best possible options for our mom’s comfort and quality of life.

Their dedication, empathy, and expertise made an incredible difference for our family. We are profoundly grateful for the care they provided and would highly recommend this team to anyone in need of hospice or palliative support. We are grateful for their help during a very difficult time!“

When Diane came out from Mid Michigan the way that she presented herself along with the company, she was very professional and polite. My wife and I went with Diane and Mid Michigan hospice care and it is a decision that we are so thankful for. Diane has delivered on all her promises, she goes over and above to make my wife feel comfortable. From our nurses Robin and Connie have been phenomenal and they are so caring, along with Priscilla who takes special care of all her personal hygiene, she has been so caring and does her job so respectfully ?.

“I’ve been a client of Trusted Home Care Services for over 6 yrs. They are dependable, consistent, reliable, quality Home Care Services. The staff are professional, as well as personable. I feel safe with them and it’s a comfort to know the care workers I let into my home are trustworthy, honest, responsible and respectful people. I feel like they are not only friends, but my family. I not only get good care, but they provide good companionship. The care workers are kind and go above and beyond. I give them a lot of credit for doing the work that they do. They were extremely helpful to me. I’m very thankful. I have since then started my own AFC home.. And landed me a job at McLaren hospital things are going so great.
