Great Company to work for under Tracy and Cammy in the office. They are great wether you are talking to them about positive or negative things. They always know where they are sending you and what your clients needs are prior to your arrival. You never feel thrown to the wolves or underprepared when they give you a client. They go out of their way to make sure the right clients are matched with the right caregivers. They often work shifts to help out with call ins or any shortages. They treat clients with dignity, respect, and compassion. 10/10 recommend. Wether you are a client or a potential employee this is the home health care place you want to be at. 😃

I worked for Compassionate Care as a LPN and also Home Health Assistant and only sought other employment as my patient became terminal. Every Home Care agency has to be licensed, and some licenses are able to serve clients in bigger compacity versus others. First and foremost is safety not only for clients but caregivers as well. If special equipment should by chance be needed in order to adequately care for a client, then family or caseworker is responsible to go through proper channels to obtain and have it available so care can be properly performed by care staff to avoid injury to anyone. I worked at Compassionate Care Home Health for a little over two years as a CNA and also a FSS. I have never worked for a more caring family owned company. They not only truly care for their clients they provide care for but truly care for their employees. If only I could find such a caring company here in Tennessee where we now call home. I highly recommend Compassionate Care Home Health to provide care for your loved ones.
