“We used this funeral home for my mom. We had her actual service at a church but Robin was able to help us pick out all of our programs, Thankyou cards, she made sure to let us know when the casket arrived so we could be there to look at it, she was there while we did our moms makeup, she came to the service and stayed there to make sure everything ran smooth. She was so patient with our family. We have a ton of siblings and she answered so many questions and just kept it super professional the entire time an I will never forget her. Later I called her from GA to fax some excuses for my kids school and she got it done asap. Didn’t waste anytime. We had no big complications with the funeral home. Everything was smooth and that’s what you need when you are dealing with a death in the family. My uncle also had his service here but it was outside due to covid. Highly recommend.“
