We went to Fischer twice in the past 3 years - once a month ago for my mom, and three years ago, for the extremely tragic loss of my nephew. Both losses were very difficult for my family. Mark was amazing. He was compassionate, tactful, and knowledgeable. He handled everything so that we could focus on grieving. The customer service was really incredible. In both cases, there were challenges (one was during the height of covid and the other for the family matriarch) that required some creative problem solving and special requests. Everything was handled with such grace and dignity. It meant a lot to us. As far as I am concerned, there is only one funeral home in Saginaw!
On behalf of the family of Norman Davis we thank you. You brought such a level of peace and calming to a highly stressful and emotional time in our lives. You handled all of our calls and questions with such compassion and professionalism words will never convey our appreciation .
Mark is so very kind and caring. When my husband passed away, I felt that he was taken care of, and with dignity. We were guided through the process and were kept up on everything that was taking place. Mark is a good listener and was very compassionate about all that our family had been through.He made this part of our journey so much easier.
