“I started training at TNT in 2011 with my 7 year old son with the intention of getting more active. Since then, it has become so much more than exercise! I've learned self defense skills (especially important for women), gained stamina and strength in both mind and body.

Our dojo is meticulously clean and is a unique and inspiring place in which to train. I really appreciate this as karate is barefoot, and at times, the training requires groundwork.
