When I started I was a pretty shy kid, but the master has built up confidence and courage in me that I never knew I had. The master is very well respected and teaches all of his students to be the best they truly can be. “I started training at TNT in 2011 with my 7 year old son with the intention of getting more active. Since then, it has become so much more than exercise! I've learned self defense skills (especially important for women), gained stamina and strength in both mind and body.
Our dojo is meticulously clean and is a unique and inspiring place in which to train. I really appreciate this as karate is barefoot, and at times, the training requires groundwork.
The instructors are very patient, kind and knowledgeable. Over the years, I've learned so much, met and made great friends, and consider the folks at TNT family. I couldn't be happier!”
