Excellent customer service from the staff to the physician. Called for a same-day new patient appointment, and was accommodated to come later that afternoon. Dr. Balasz called me the next day to check on how I was doing. Thanks for excellent care.

I've been a patient of Dr. Pradko for several years now and I've always received fantastic care from the doctor and his staff. His communication is always excellent! I've also never had to wait very long to be seen. Highly recommend these providers!

Well I would start out and say I went to my doctor for medical clearance for a surgery and she ordered a few test, so I called the Hub to schedule and told them several time what test they wanted and that I was having a colonoscopy the same day that afternoon they scheduled my stress test after my procedure, and then when the hospital called they said it was not allowed they had to reschedule for a few days later. Also I wasn’t thrilled that my doctor I would normally see for surgical Clearance cancelled that day I was suppose to come in so I did call the office and Rosily she was able to get me in the same day with a different doctor.
