The new office is liked a lot more than the previous one in the hospital. Patients are very happy with their experience since the move and highly recommend this provider.
We have seen Dr. Balasz for yearly physical and she is an exceptional doctor who truly cares for his/her patients. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident in your care plan. Staff is great. Nurses do a great job and one I like in particular. The gal who draws blood (phlebotomist) is the best around!
Whether I’m going for a 3month check in or in desperate need of communication with my PCP (or the nurse practitioner) I feel understood and heard by the staff, I entrust myself as well as my 12yo daughter to their care.
