I Went in with a cough n headache,was nicely greeted by the front desk. I had checked in online so my appointment was immediately within two minutes I was being seen. Doctor came in she was Friendly and very professional and knew exactly what I needed within five minutes. Prescribe me some meds , flonaise. and I was on my way home ,three days later I feel much better. Wonderful stuff place is very clean excellent job. Thanks!
Everyone here is always compassionate, and very caring towards you , far as how you are feeling upon entrance at the Bloomfield Hills, MI location. I definitely recommend this location, or the Maple location ( I had to go there one time) I frequent the Bloomfield Hills alot. Your first impression is when you walk in, which starts with the receptionist. She is always friendly and welcoming. Then to the CNAs and the Nurse/Doctor. They are awesomely amazingly. Dr. Kai and the staff at the Bloomfield Hills location is so amazing,
This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. The facility is spotless, I was seen right away, the nurses were great, and the doctor was fabulous. I recommend 100%! Excellent urgent care!
