Lifelong runner over here and when I just could not get over a calf injury I finally took the advice from a friend to go to CVSM. I had the pleasure of working with Nick! I walked in the first day not able to run farther than a ½ mile without pain. Nick’s first question was, “what’s the goal?” From there he tailored every session to how I was feeling. I have fully recovered and assumed my normal running. Nick listened and truly cared. I hope to not return anytime soon :) , but if I do get injured, I will not hesitate to reach back out to Nick.
