“Quick shout out and appreciation for CVSM and specifically Nick Goettel! Lifelong runner over here and when I just could not get over a calf injury I finally took the advice from a friend to go to CVSM. I had the pleasure of working with Nick! I walked in the first day not able to run farther than a ½ mile without pain. Nick’s first question was, “what’s the goal?” From there he tailored every session to how I was feeling. I have fully recovered and assumed my normal running. Nick listened and truly cared. I hope to not return anytime soon :) , but if I do get injured, I will not hesitate to reach back out to Nick. “I had really bad lockjaw after my wisdoms were pulled. PT was suggested for me after 3 weeks of constant pain around the clock. Sarah got in touch with me on Facebook after I was searching for a TMJ specialist at a PT place. I was so nervous and needed help with my inside muscles that were extremely tight. I came in very emotional because it was so long that I had been in pain and I needed something to work. My mouth could only open 1 cm. Sarah was out of town and quickly connected me with Suzanne and it was a game changer. She was wonderful, professional and caring. She felt my pain as she massaged and truly cared. She gave me exercises to do not only there but at home too. She explained everything. After a couple of times I was opening more and my pain got better. Literally, Suzanne went inside/outside my mouth and massaged my muscles that were preventing me from opening. I never knew it was a thing. I am so grateful. It has been 6 weeks of dealing with my jaw and continues. My mouth does open to 4.5 cm now and would like to get it a little more. I have a small mouth so it won't get much more bigger. I wish my oral surgeon referred me to a PT place BUT he was no help and had me go on in pain for weeks before I started PT that was recommended by a different doctor. I still have residual tight muscles so Sarah did dry needling on my TMJ muscles today to loosen them up a bit and hopefully in the home stretch. Sarah was very professional and caring too. “Went for MRI and CT 100% positive experience. The ladies were very kind and helpful, definitely made sure I was comfortable. The addition of headphones playing my choice of music made the MRI go by quickly. Thankful for this location, half the drive versus having testing done at one of the Beaumont Hospitals. MRI has convenient location at back of building .“

“I went down to FYZICAL therapy for the first time 3 weeks ago because I was suffering from severe vertigo on my right side. I was very worried. But after seeing Doctor Patel he explained everything to me and helped me through the exercises I needed to help move my ear crystals back in place I had a total of 3 visits with him. Now I am thankfully back to normal I feel great I want to thank doctor Patel and all his staff there, their office is the best there is in Michigan!!!“
