Elle confidently showed me frames, screens, and tiny details while I repeatedly reminded her that I couldn’t actually see any of it yet because, fun twist, I was there to fix my eyesight. Instead of missing a beat, she turned my temporary blindness into witty banter and delivered flawless customer service the entire time.

I couldn’t see the frames, but I could clearly see Elle knew exactly what she was doing. Even fresh off a wisdom-teeth extraction, her customer service was still sharper than my vision. I didn’t even pick my glasses that day (I intentionally waited to come back just so I could work with her again).

10/10 service. 20/20 results pending….
