While the costs may be higher for those without insurance, many find the quality of services, such as bifocal and transition lenses, worth it. Customers appreciate the free adjustments and cleaning, competitive pricing, and the friendly nature of the team. Although there may be wait times for walk-ins, the overall experience remains positive, with families returning for years, enjoying their visits, and recommending the store to others.
Selection could be improved somewhat but Elle was so kind and patient while I tried to find my new pair of glasses. She tried so hard to find me the perfect pair...I really appreciated her help.
I’m so glad I went to Rx Optical. The doctors there have excellent customer services skills. It has been a while since I went to the eye doctor and had insurance but Lisa at the front desk, broke down my insurance policy for me and informed me what I eligible for and helped me find the perfect lenses! 10/10 I recommend anyone looking for new lenses to go here and don’t be afraid to ask questions, the doctors here are all very helpful 😊
Himeni was wonderful to work with for my exam. I had a virtual visit with the Dr and that was easy and comprehensive. Amanda, at the desk was very pleasant. Overall, it was a very good visit!
