I’m extremely happy with my new furnace and AC. This company exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, which I really appreciated since I had no prior knowledge and felt pretty lost at first. Every step was explained clearly and in detail, and their work was outstanding.
This was a full installation project—including ductwork, electrical, a new furnace, AC unit, and gas lines—so I expected it to take quite a while. Petro saved our home many times over!!! They do amazing work, their prices are fair and they always give me options for how to proceed. We had broken pipes and. Broken furnace recently and they showed up right away. Won’t use anyone else!!!!
Had a DIY plumbing project that went wrong. Called Petro and they had someone out that same day, fixed it quickly and professionally, all at a very fair price. Will definitely use them again for the next plumbing project - I’ll leave it to the pros next time
