I can't recall the name if the lady who scheduled my appointment but she was AMAZING! She was able to get me in the same day for my Boiler issue! Everywhere else was 4 or more days out. She chatted with me for a moment to help ease my mind and I can't thank her enough!Zack E. Came out to look at the boiler and explained EVERYTHING, without making me "feel dumb". I know nothing of how it works or what I was looking at. Super thankful he explained the whole process as he was going!Highly recommend Aire Serv of Kalamazoo! They have an amazing staff!

I have used the company twice and have been fully satisfied each time, they are so professional and very good at what they do. They also offer a discount to veterans. If I need further work done I will definitely give Aire Serv of Kalamazoo a call.
