“Populist cleaning company, is the best company to work for hands down. I am a new employee at the company, and when I say this is the best company to work for, I mean WOW it’s too good to be true. I am absolutely amazed on how they welcomed me to the company like family and treated me with respect, which makes me appreciate the work and give a 100% job performance. When you like what you do and feel appreciated for doing it, you care about the company reputation and give that 100%. The pay is great, and the company offers 401k, all 3 health insurance’s paid vacations, paid sick days, you don’t work on the major holiday’s but still get paid for them, also they offer several sign on bonuses which is awesome. I even got paid for a day I couldn’t work because of the building having a power outage due to a storm. I have never worked for a company that has done that. I’m completely convinced that this is the place I will retire from. Proud to finally say I am done putting in application searching for work. There is no other company that will half way match the treatment and benefits that they offer. I go to work with a smile on my face and come home with a bigger one. The only thing I regret is not finding this company years ago. So 2 BIG thumbs up for Populist.“
