Contacted them to see how the process worked, if I needed to generate an RMA before shipping or just fill out the online forms. Spoke with Joel he said to just fill out their forms and send it in with the gear and they had a 3-4 week turnaround time. I needed some stitching, scotchlite, and Velcro replaced. Sent my coat and pants in with forms. It was about 2 weeks I was quoted for repairs and the belt loops I wanted added. Price was good compared to buying $3-5k brand new set. It was about a week later I was contacted for payment. I paid with credit card and they shipped it out that day. Received my gear back with all repairs completed, workmanship was excellent. I would recommend them for gear repairs.“
