“Having A/C issues on a week forecasted to be 90+ and with a one year old and a sick wife at home needing relief from the heat YESTERDAY, I called John after finding J A T on google, grasping for straws, knowing any of the large companies are days or a week out on repairs this time of year. John was able to stop off at our house for a service call within two hours, he was able to get our system in working order within 15 mins at the drop of a hat, at a peak repair/ installation time of year, I cannot thank John at J A T Installations enough. “These guys did a great job at a lower cost than other big names in the area, and I didn't have to sit through a sales pitch.

It seems like the HVAC industry purposefully withholds technical information as a way to sell people things they don't need, and these guys openly talked about the Furnace/AC they were installing and helped me understand the thought process behind the sizing of each unit.

It's a year after install now, and my only issue was self inflicted from blocking the register and starving the furnace of intake air.“

“Charles Heating and Cooling are hands down one of the best companies we have hired. They put in a new air conditioning unit for us. They were kind and so hard working. After the summer, our furnace wasn't working and it was cold outside. We called them Monday morning and they came out an hour later. They had to replace one part. Charles didn't even charge us. He said it was such a simple fix!! We will always recommend this company for their appreciation towards their customers!! Very impressed.“

“I called French because I had spoke with him often at my former employer and he was very knowledgeable and had good values. We had a fairly new air conditioner installed by another reputable place, but they replaced a motor in the air conditioner on a service call weeks earlier and said nothing was wrong.I didn't want to pay them again when the issue of our lights going dim each time the air went on kept happening.French called me back immediately.Listened patiently (I am long winded) and kindly suggested I call consumers to check for something with the word neutral in it.He said they will be able to verify if that is the issue if it's in a line to the house.He said, if not, I recommend to call an electrician to verify its not a line/electric issue in the house. He said, if not, I would be happy to come out and look at the air conditioner to see if something in it is bad. But he did not believe so and did not want me to waste more money on him first.He was correct.Emergency crew is coming to fix after they sent a person to see what the issue was.Could have burned our house down or damaged our interior wires if not for French.
