“I LOVE these yoga classes! The instructors are all very warm and supportive and I feel welcome every time I go. They are great at helping me with form and modifications. In the winter time the indoor classes are all candlelight and so relaxing. In the summer you can't beat the classes out on the lake at Pavilion Shore Park. It's divine! Thank you PureFit!“
“Pilates is exercise for life and Julie is a great teacher for Pilates. Julie provides classes that challenge you while moving at your own pace. When I would accomplish a particular movement Julie would challenge me by adding on something new, in this way the classes are never the same and I was always getting stronger. Her classes are fun, challenging, exciting and are taught in a bright studio. If you're looking for a Pilates class that you can do for the rest of your life I recommend Julie at Pilates Barre.“

“Can’t say enough good things!! Kisha goes above and beyond. Classes are amazing! She truly cares about her clients. I have so much more mobility I genuinely feel a better quality of life. Health and safety is her top priority! LOVE that socks are required in her facility. Especially after visiting a previous studio that did not require socks and hand foot and mouth disease was spread….HIGHLY recommend her Pilates classes. Five stars all the way!“
