“I could not recommend Cassie enough! She truly takes the time to understand your body and needs and tailors the lesson to each individual. She is true to the classical pilates method. She is incredibly kind and understanding and just a great human being outside of being an outstanding instructor. I have never felt so seen and supported than when taking class with her. She is the best teacher I've had - very patient, makes the class fun, mixes it up and is responsive to what we want to do and work on.
