We had Eric, one of the technicians come out to support an air-conditioning need, and he was unbelievably professional, efficient and honest, but this reflects the DeVos company as a whole. Four or five years ago, they replaced our entire HVAC system, and were extremely generous on how we made the payments Fast-forward to today and they were at my house within minutes and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Highly recommend them primarily because of their efficient and honest work
My ac unit started a loud buzzing noise yesterday on a Saturday. The humidity was horrible. Left a message with Frank & he called back 10mins later. He was able to come out with in the hour. He came & fixed it super fast. I was nervous with it being the weekend but Frank was more than fair with his price. I can feel confident next time I have a HVAC issue in the future.
These guys are great! I’ve used them at both my mom’s house and my mother in law’s house for AC issues and both times the service was phenomenal. They were quick to get me on their schedule and resolve the issue both times. I’ll definitely be calling them again for my own home in the future!
