“I came in for second ear lobe piercing and Kenneth was great. Because I had my ears done at the mall as a child my original holes were pretty off center. Kenneth heard my concerns and showed me multiple placements for the best option. It felt really good to know I was heard because frankly, I was worried it would seem silly. He even took into consideration if I wanted future piercings into consideration for hole placement.
He answered all kinds of questions for me about the healing process and how the industry has changed and all the different regulations that have come into existence since the days of mall ear piercings.
