About Spectrum Health Integrated Care Campus at North Muskegon
Corewell Health Care Center at 2009 Holton Rd. offers a range of coordinated health services, from diagnostics to primary and specialty care, all in one convenient location. The campus provides compassionate and skilled care delivered to the whole family, right in the community. Patients praise the excellent doctors, who listen and get to the root of health issues, rather than just treating symptoms. However, some patients have experienced issues with follow-ups and communication from the office staff, who can sometimes be slow to respond or forget to follow through on tasks. Overall, the campus is highly recommended, with patients expressing satisfaction with the quality of care and the friendly, efficient staff.
Disappointed in website saying the site was open until 7:00 pm. Then I stopped for labs and was told the lab closes at 5:00. I drove 30 minutes to get here only to find out lab was closed. Receptionist stated she was aware of the problem and others had complained about it but she did not know who to contact the correct this issue.
Love my doctor but I wish she was at a different office. Dr Saenz is excellent, she listens and doesn’t just push pills or vaccines to treat symptoms, she gets to the root cause!
The issue I have is when it comes to follow ups with the office, rarely do I not have to call back and remind them or as the status of something. For example, a prescription- it was sent to the pharmacy, sent back for a pre authorization, Walgreens called 5 business days later asking me to follow up with the dr office, when I called I was told oops they haven’t done anything with that yet, I’ll remind the girls who handle it.

We switched from trinity to spectrum a few months ago and I am beyond satisfied with our new family doctor Dr Jansen. He is very detailed about everything so I received the best care I needed for my medical needs. Highly recommend!
