Never had problems with the office before until my daughter had a baby then apparently they're too big of a company to address any and all health issues. Now I'm jumping through hoops to get her into to see her Doctor. Completely uncalled for considering a mother's health is just as important as baby's. Seriously considering looking for another PCP now.

After an incredibly poor experience at another very large medical corporation, I ended up at Spectrum feeling as if I wasn’t going to find medical care that was compassionate, attentive, or personal. Spectrum has impressed me so far, in comparison to it competitor.

Do not go to Earl Beam. 0 star for him. Horrible experience so quick to throw out a Prescription without even talking to you or to even let you talk. He didn’t even tell me what he was putting me on left the room never came back and a nurse gave me papers of what he put me on. Absolutely ridiculous.Edit:5 star for Ashley G. The P.A. Great experience, she listens great, understands your concerns can have an adult conversation and come to a conclusion with you that best fits you. I can’t say anything but great about her. Maybe if they get rid of Cranky Ole Earl things would look upwards at this place.S/n be careful who you go to here when in doubt try to get Ashley.
