After an initial service call and furnace inspection we ended up needing unexpected and extensive HVAC, plumbing, and drain work. Through this time, Lascko has been amazing! They have been extremely responsive, sympathetic, understanding, accommodating, and professional. The sales/estimators have provided numerous options and quotes and have explained everything thoroughly. They are concerned that we get the best solutions at reasonable prices. The people that have come out to the house have been great - personable, professional, experienced, clean, friendly, and fun to talk with while here. Much of the work is already done, and the rest will be done next week, and my daughter will be able to move in on time as scheduled!
