Contractors in Mount Pleasant picked by BestProsInTown
“We had Eli and crew, remove an existing fence, and install a new one. They were here when they said they would. They did a first class job. Worksite was completely cleaned. Rates were very reasonable, and I would highly recommend. I plan on using them for future projects.”
“We had an exceptional experience working with Greenwald and BC as the contractor for our home renovation on Beaver Island. From start to finish, the quality of work, communication, and professionalism exceeded our expectations.
The team resided our home with James Hardie siding, replaced all of the windows with new Andersen windows, and built a new aluminum deck and outdoor shower. We were especially grateful for their help navigating issues with the quality of the Andersen windows—something that was outside their control. They were knowledgeable, persistent, and supportive throughout the process, and made a challenging situation much easier for us. (It’s fair to say Andersen isn’t the company it once was, but Greenwald and BC handled it extremely well.)
Preston was fantastic to work with—responsive, straightforward, and clearly invested in doing things the right way. The on-site team—Eric, Barry, Jason, Jordan, and William—worked seamlessly together and delivered excellent results. It was clear they take pride in their craftsmanship.
The subcontractors were equally impressive and spoke volumes about the respect and strong working relationships Preston has built with other Island companies. That collaboration really shows in the finished project.
We are very pleased with the outcome, look forward to working with Preston again on future renovations, and highly recommend Greenwald and BC to anyone considering a project on Beaver Island.”
