“So, I’ve been sitting on this review for a bit. Only because I’ve been trying to convey our appreciation towards Robert Williams and his crew in a way that would express our deepest gratitude.
Williams Builders took a nightmare build and a bad situation,from our previous builder who we ended ties with, and turned it into a dream. Robert and his crew were highly professional. They never showed up to the job late and they always stayed until they absolutely couldn’t stay any longer. All the while doing this during snow and ice storms. They received our questions with the utmost consideration and care, as this was our first time building a house. Never once did they gaslight or make us feel less than when we asked a question. They were kind, straight forward, and always put our mind at ease.
Communication was a huge positive during this build. Not only did they answer our questions in a timely and delightful manner, they also communicated with the subcontractors efficiently and quickly. Always keeping us in the loop.
Our house looks marvelous. It was like Robert plucked our vision out of our heads and knew exactly what we were going for. He and his crew made it happen. Any possible changes were communicated throughly with us and they never took liberties and just changed it themselves. This includes additions or removing from the project. Everything was done with our budget in mind. Also, everything was done with care and quality which was of high importance on our list.
We have loved our conversations with Robert and his crew. By the end we didn’t feel like just another customer. We felt like family and that was everything.
We would recommend Williams Builders over and over again to anyone looking to build, renovate, and so much more. From our little family to yours thank you for making our dreams come true we will forever value your company.”
