What an outstanding company. I went there to get a price for new thankless hot water heater and installation. Instead Al suggested to try replacing one or two parts. The parts are hard to find but they had them and this fixed my problem. No doubt saved me thousands of dollars. Couldn't ask for a more honest and customer helping company.
I left voicemails for 5+ plumbers in the Midland area and Carey was the only company to even pick up their phone much less call me back. Their service was good from the call to the end of the job. Their technician was friendly and on time. The price seemed pretty fair as well.
Needed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Very knowledgeable and had no problem answering any of my questions. Helped me decide what products were best for my home and why.
