“We switched to this vet a while back, and am so glad we did. The appointments are never rushed, they always are so gentle with my cat, Lucy. All of the techs are always wonderful and patient and gentle with her. Very lucky to have a vet like this, they take their time with the animals, and it’s so nice to have a calming environment for your animals. They were able to get her in the same day, thankfully. Highly highly recommend this sweet veterinary office.”
“I was very nervous about magnolia surgery but they kept me informed and everything went smoothly she recovered so quickly”
“Ive never had a bad experience here, they’re always friendly and kind to me and my pets. I appreciate the open communication about pricing and services being provided and the gentle care they give my pets. They have also helped me out with a few strays and emergency situations with animals that were not mine but still provided the best care possible while keeping me informed on the cost of service throughout the visit. Everyone working here has a great attitude and very friendly and I will continue to bring my pets here and recommend North River to friends and family.”
