Ive never had a bad experience here, they’re always friendly and kind to me and my pets. I appreciate the open communication about pricing and services being provided and the gentle care they give my pets. They have also helped me out with a few strays and emergency situations with animals that were not mine but still provided the best care possible while keeping me informed on the cost of service throughout the visit. Everyone working here has a great attitude and very friendly and I will continue to bring my pets here and recommend North River to friends and family.
This VET practice is great. We are new to the area and went to another local vet to have our rescue cat spayed after she gifted us with 5 unexpected kittens just weeks after we adopted her. The “other” vet charged over 600$ to spay her. We kept one of the kittens. She will be spayed in a month. The quoted cost was just about half. The vet is great! The techs are cool and the entire staff are wonderful! Glad we found them!
The staff were incredibly patient and accommodating for my dog. My dog does NOT like other animals, new people, being picked up, or really any part of the vet. The nurses and doctor at North River were so sweet with him and made sure we were comfortable for the whole visit. I am sure North River will be my primary Veterinarian for the foreseeable future.
