VCA Canada Blue Cross Animal Hospital is a highly recommended veterinary clinic that has been providing exceptional care for pets in the community for many years. The staff is consistently described as friendly, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about animal welfare. They have saved the lives of numerous pets, including one customer's dog named Peachez, who underwent emergency surgery and has been thriving ever since. Customers appreciate the clinic's knowledgeable and attentive veterinarians, as well as the helpful and caring reception staff. Whether it's a routine check-up or an emergency situation, the VCA Canada Blue Cross Animal Hospital is known for its outstanding service and commitment to the well-being of its patients.
I have been taking my cats and dogs here for many years (mostly rescues, and several giant breed dogs). The staff are very patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. From going through the exciting first stages of the puppy years to the slower, winding down senior years, VCA has always been affordable and compassionate for our pets. One of the best services they provide is the ability to join their Care Plan, as it makes yearly exams, tests, and vaccinations much easier to track and pay for in monthly installments. I cannot recommend VCA Bluecross enough

My wife and I, with our two children had an amazing experience with the staff. It was a hard decision to euthanize our dog tonight. The room we were in was calming, comfortable and soothing. All of the staff were so kind and empathetic towards our dog but also to us. A decision that was so hard, a moment for our children to be apart of and we were met with such grace and empathy. Thank you so much to the Veterinarian and the rest of the staff for making this hard evening, a little less hard.
