They were also considerably less expensive than other local electronic fence companies.We couldn’t be happier with the product & service that we received. Mike & crew were very careful with the install and didn’t damage anything in our yard or driveway. They also took a considerable amount of time educating us on how to teach our dogs how to use the fence. Additionally, they provided us with an ample supply of replacement batteries for the collars.Having the electric fences has been a huge convenience. I’m sure my neighbors appreciate it too!I was a bit hesitant to use a company that is over an hour from our home. I wondered what would happen if we need service. My concerns were alleviated when we had a breakage in our line, due to an animal digging in the yard. The crew came out quickly for the repair. They were so nice. I noticed the worker changed in and out of his boots when he went in the house. I really appreciate the fast service and the care they have taken with everything. “Both of my fur - babies have been going to daycare at Tree Lodge Pet Resort since they were pups. The staff has always treated them both as if they were their own and always make everyday fun for them. Archie and Josie LOVE everyone there, from the ladies at the front desk to the caregivers. Everyday they do something different with the dogs, a picture party (the human siblings always love the pictures and frames I come home with), enrichment, or a food activity. They share pictures on their Facebook page, so I get to save and share all of their fun! Thank you for taking such great care of Archie and Josie! We love coming here!“

“My poor baby was scratching herself bloody everywhere and our normal vet was not answering the phone so I called everywhere. Every single place I called didn’t take walk ins, didn’t except new clients & had appointments out until the end of September. Until I reached ALFA CARE. I called them at 5:30 PM on Friday and she said to come in at 6pm. I sped there with my baby (who was absolutely terrified ?). We got in a room immediately. They said she had allergy to something (not outdoors). Gave her a steroid shot. Told me to go buy baby Benadryl & to keep putting triple antibiotic ointment on the spots like I had been. And to buy flea & tick treatment from their online pharmacy. Not sure if it was the steroids or the ointment I was putting on. But the dry does on her head clumped up and releases from her scalp. And her bloody spots have healed. So I’m happy And she’s happy, just a little sore when you touch her now bald spot directly.“

“My pup is a year old and we've used the Chesterfield location for that long. The staff is very friendly considering I have a hyper and lovable dog that always wants to say hi. Rebecca in grooming is so good with my dog even when she comes in for just a bath and brush if she's available she will take her. My dog Cocoa adores her and she takes great care of her. I always use Rebecca and she's super sweet and great to work with. On occasion I use a competitor but only for food since Petsmart doesn't carry that brand.“
