Absolutely deplorable company! My husband was honorably discharged from the US Army and as such is eligible for various home loans and benefits. When we moved into our Canton neighborhood we asked the Real Estate agent if they would approve the neighborhood for VHA loans if completed all the paperwork. After working with the VA (they were amazing) and getting all the paperwork to Canzano, they refused to sign. Why????? They can't attest to the fact they use green products or will oblige to social standards (EEO requirements). This has caused us several thousand dollars. I have nothing good to say about this company. They are a disgrace and do not deserve to be in business.

Unfortunately they do not honor their warranty. I have a roof that is currently leaking with water stains on the ceiling. I had a third party roofer look at the roof and stated the work was unprofessional. I submitted photos of the roof to JDM Canzano. Canzano started the repair and said they would have to return to complete the work. Several months later they have not returned Also issues with the siding and facia that is incomplete and does not fit properly. Canzano stated they would return to fix the siding. I'm still waiting after several months. Emails and phone calls go unanswered.
