Wouldn't recommend coming here. Takes a long time to get a hold of billing (regularly on hold for at least an hour) & found myself getting questioned why I'm in the building when I would be there for someone else when the receptionist themselves watched me walk right into the building with said patient.

Great experience with Spravato. The clinic is great; it's comfortable, run well, and Kat is wonderful.Aside from that, I hadn't had a positive experience with a couple different NPs treating me, prescribing medication and such. Though they were personable, and I had high hopes at first, as our sessions went on (for longer than I should've stayed) I didn't feel heard. Their medication management/recommendations for me weren't explained well and, I believe based on talks with my current provider, weren't well rationalized decisions.

The receptionist/ people to deal w on the phone are not the best. Kind of rude for working at a Psychiatrist office especially. Like any doctors office they make money from prescribing you meds so they will push it maybe more than you need.. I wouldn’t recommend going through them and find something else in the area if possible..
